I spotted this cute pair of Harris Ground Squirrels on an early morning walk in the Catalina Foothills of Tucson, Arizona. They were so busy until they spotted me and then froze like statues.

Oh thank you very much Jane. I had been watching them for a while running in and out of the hole. I got lucky. Once they saw me, they instantly froze for a few seconds before disappearing.
