As we pulled into a beach in Oak Canyon at Lake Powell, Arizona/Utah, I noticed there were beautiful orange flowers up and down the beach. I was very surprised to see they were Globe Mallow or Apricot Mallow. Since you can purchase this plant at a nursery, I never knew it was also a wildflower. What a lovely surprise!!
